Day 1 Graskop:
On our first day on the road we will make our way towards the Highveld where we will have our first stop at the town of Dullstroom which is the highest village in South Africa, 2200m above sea level. You will have the opportunity to walk around and admire some cafes, restaurants and curio shops.
We will continue towards the colonial village of Pilgrim Rest where we will have lunch and then you will have free time to discover the town of Pilgrim Rest with its original buildings dating back to the latest 1800’s before arriving to our accommodation. We will finish our day by settling in into our hotel in the town of Graskop, a town that is completely devoted to the tourism industry, and where we will be spending two nights.

Day 2 Blyde River Canyon:
From Graskop we will drive towards the Blyde Canyon which is the third largest canyon in the world, stretching for 26km.We will depart on a 4 hour trail (Leopards Trail) to discover the beautiful scenery of the canyon. We will be able to see a section of the Blyde river, the Blyde Dam and the famous Three Rondavels.
After our walk, we will head for a most rewarded lunch, before we continue exploring another area of the Blyde Canyon, The Bourke’s Luck Potholes, famous for their rock formation and discovery of gold during the gold rush, continuing to the view point of God’s Window and ending with the famous rock formation of The Pinnacle. Our day will finish by having some free time in the town of Graskop before having dinner at the hotel.

Day 3 – 4 Private Game Reserve (Kruger Concession) :
On this day we will drive towards the Private Game Reserve of Balule. This stunning Big 5 Reserve is a gem by itself. We will be staying inside the reserve for two nights. On our day of arrival, you will have an afternoon game drive with a sun-downer drink included. The next day, we will embark on a morning game drive and later in the day an afternoon game drive. During the hot hours of the day enjoy a relaxing time next to the pool.

Day 5 – 6 Kruger National Park:
On this day we will drive towards the Kruger National Park, our biggest national park here in South Africa, 20,000sq km and home to a huge variety of animals. We will then head towards our accommodation that is at the skirts of the park, 2km away from the Malelane Gate, where we will be staying for two nights. Hoping to find the most amazing and elusive animals of the African Bush, we will be spending our next two days doing game drives on 4×4 open vehicles.

Day 7 Johannesburg:
Early in the morning you will depart on your last game drive inside the Park.
After breakfast and packing up, we will head back towards Johannesburg/Pretoria in a scenic drive where you will be dropped at your preferred area.
